Labranda Corralejo Village

We always book 4 star and above with Jet 2. I cannot understand how this hotel can have been included within this star rating. This was dirty, food was atrocious, no dietary Intolerance labelling. What was offered for gluten free was out of date. The lactose free milk was off. Food was cold. Bar snacks were very poor. Poolside- very few parasols. Broken, dirty, sp**** pool tables. Broken poolside drain cover. Green round the edge of the pool. Bird poo left around the edges of the pool. Extremely noisy entertainment team. Loud music played 4 hrs a day. Guests allowed to be drunk but still served and swearing in a very loud voice. Entertainment shocking! Rooms dirty and in need of repair

From the moment we arrived the staff couldn’t do enough changed our rooms so it was more accessible for us with our little boy arranged a fan made sure we had the toaster ready as our little boy is autistic and has additional needs and helped with luggage . The staff do an amazing job and we will be back . The food was nice so nice and quiet the location is perfect thank you for the perfect holiday .

Once again, a great week at Corralejo Village, but still the same issue with cold food in the restaurant The serving dishes are usually stone cold with hot food in them which quickly goes cold. Why are those dishes not kept hot ? Also had an issue with the shower this time as it leaked under the door seal so floor was always wet after a shower - ( room 409 ) Other than that, we had a great time - usual friendly , hard working staff and the hotel is in an ideal location. We have already booked to come back later in the year

Key point is yes we would return! Location and food excellent. Great variety of good quality food . Yes it was hot. There are live cooking stations which means it is v hot. Other areas hot enough to eat. Ground floor apar**ent has 2 areas to sit in if you move the table etc. Bedroom window not secure so all valuables must be in safe. No charge for safe or pool towels..we were all inclusive. Entertainment...live music good but everything else not. Lots of Italians who like the in house shows. Gym rubbish...no aircon and only 1 each of treadmill, bike and elliptical trainer...not working correctly...treadmill not at all. These issues are long running. Free weights and multi weight machine. Last day courtesy room is simply a shower with no sockets for hairdryer etc. 1 shower no hot water and leaked teally badly. You can keep room on for a charge. Location is literally 2 minutes to main ***** of shops, bars restaurants. Beach 10 minutes where there are plenty of place to eat. Easy walk to old town where you can get a pint for €2 on sea front bar. Rooms clean and spacious. Modern and minimalist. Wardrobes not in bedroom. Shower good but not well lit. Tea and coffee provided but you can easily top up if the maid forgets. Check milk cartons as some are off as probably left in the sun. Overall a great complex for 4 star. Food better than expected. Get out and walk in both directions. Bell tower shopping area was good...very traditional feel.

After seeing mixed reviews for both Labranda properties the hotel exceeded my tempered expectations. Breakfast, lunch and dinner offered plenty of variety however inevitably we ate out most evenings (as is the case with most standard all inclusive) The rooms were clean and spacious (showers not the best as hot water could be temperamental) Staff on the whole were extremely accommodating and friendly. Only negatives: - the lifeguard wouldn't allow the kids to use certain toys/inflatables. Obviously following rules but it just seems needless - a few of our party came down with stomach bugs, seems like it's abundant on the island at the moment (google says pool hygiene is to blame) Overall, very much enjoyed the stay and would recommend/return.

Great place to relax with the family.The restaurant is relly good ,you will always find something to like .The staff work really hard to accomodate you from the reception to the Rock bar. We like coming back here ,Worth a visit.The place is run well.

Friendliest & cleanest hotel with spacious bright rooms ( we had upper floor pool view) excellent location. Staff lovely & so helpful. We were all inc Nice food, wine bad although drinkable with soda added to it. Beer good. Evening entertainment not good but plenty entertainment a short walk into music square & it’s nice to have a walk after dinner. We came last year & are already looking to book next year. Love it. 👍

A very welcoming hotel which was spotlessly clean and ideally situated for the beach, sea and all the amenities. Food was varied and flavoursome.The bar service was very efficient and the entertainment was pretty good too. The Bar service from the the staff was always quick and efficient with decent quality drinks.

Lovely hotel food is very good plenty of choice .the pool is lovely and clean the rooms are cleaned daily .would definitely go back again .... location is spot on .
